Since the coronavirus outbreak began, I have been in constant contact with government officials from the White House, the Centers for Disease Control, the Department of Health and Human Services, the National Institute of Health, and the Department of Homeland Security to ensure that constituents of Pennsylvania’s 9th District remain informed and safe.

In recent weeks, we have heard a great deal about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and its spread in China and to other countries, including the United States. I have attended several meetings with senior health officials from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and U.S. Departments of State and Health & Human Services, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
