U.S. Rep. Bresnahan takes ceremonial oath at Luzerne County Courthouse

The congressman said he’s in the middle of a big learning process, never having been elected to office before, and has been helped tremendously by the region’s other congressman, U.S. Rep. Dan Meuser, R-9, of Dallas.
