DICKSON CITY — The owner of a borough pipeline business touted the Trump administration’s policies and posture Thursday as the head of the U.S. Small Business Administration and two local congressmen toured his Enterprise Street operation and met employees.

DICKSON CITY, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Thursday in Dickson City, Representatives Dan Meuser and Rob Bresnahan stopped by Kriger Pipeline to talk about the importance of small businesses in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Small Business Administrator Kelly Loeffler visited Kriger Pipeline in Dickson City to discuss how deregulation and programs from her office are helping businesses across the country.

"When Kelly Loeffler goes to work, it's about reducing burdens on you, right? Reducing the taxes, it's advocating for you, but it's reducing many of the burdens that have been built up over time,” Meuser said.

U.S. Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) has introduced new legislation aimed at lowering prescription drug prices for Americans by tying U.S. medication costs to the prices paid in other developed countries.
The legislation, titled the Most Favored Patient Act, seeks to build on a policy framework established under former President Donald Trump that encourages pharmaceutical companies to offer the same low prices in the United States that they provide to other nations.
