POTTSVILLE, Pa. – Today, Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) released the following statement on the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the United States Supreme Court:

"Congratulations to Amy Coney Barrett on her confirmation to the United States Supreme Court. Justice Barrett is a woman of great integrity with impeccable qualifications. During her confirmation hearings, she demonstrated a commitment to protect the rights of all Americans guaranteed by the Constitution. Since his inauguration, President Trump has appointed 220 federal judges, including three Supreme Court justices. He has fulfilled his promise to the American people to nominate judges who are dedicated to the rule of law, without injecting their policy preferences into their decisions."
