I spoke in strong support of reauthorizing the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA). This reauthorization makes meaningful improvements for policyholders while responsibly updating the program without disrupting the insurance market. TRIA is about stability and certainty. Terrorist attacks are unpredictable and catastrophic, and this program ensures our insurance markets remain functional when the unthinkable happens—so businesses can recover, rebuild, and keep our economy moving forward.
