WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Dan Meuser (R-PA) introduced a pair of bills aimed at expanding air travel opportunities for individuals living in middle America, while simultaneously reducing congestion at our Nation’s major airports. Meuser introduced the Essential Air Service Reform Act and was joined by Congressman David Trone (D-MD) in introducing the Supporting Middle America’s Airports Act.
WASHINGTON – Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) announced two recent changes to his staff.
Meuser named Nathan Gerace as his new District Director. Gerace will oversee all district-based operations, including constituent casework services, outreach to local officials, community events, and serve as the local point-of-contact for Meuser. He will work out of the Pottsville District Office, 121 Progress Avenue, Suite 110, Losch Plaza.
Today, Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) released the following statement after being named Chairman of the Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax, and Capital Access of the Small Business Committee in the 118th Congress. Meuser has also been selected to serve on the Subcommittee on Rural Development, Energy, and Supply Chains.
Congressman Dan Meuser introduced a three-bill legislative package intended to bring fiscal responsibility back to the federal government.
Meuser’s “Stop Inflationary Spending Act,” “The Budgetary Accuracy in Scoring Interest Cost (BASIC) Act” and “The Require Employees to Uniformly Return Now (RETURN) Act” are all aimed at increasing transparency, accountability, and bringing spending under control in Washington.
Congressman Dan Meuser (R-Dallas) recently met with business owners, constituents, and elected officials on a small business tour of Tunkhannock. The tour stopped at family-owned and operated businesses Sherwood Chevrolet, Gay’s True Value Hardware, Ace Robbins, Bartron Supply Company, and Tioga Bistro. Tunkhannock is part of the new Ninth Congressional District that Meuser represents. Meuser is a member of the House Committee on Small Business.
Congressman Dan Meuser announced the addition of a new staff member, covering the Northern Tier of the newly expanded 9th Congressional District. Mike Marabell will serve as the field director based out of the recently opened Tunkhannock district office.
“Mike will be a valuable asset who will make sure the voices and needs of all people in the Northern Tier are heard and met” said Congressman Meuser.
Congressman Dan Meuser (R-9) recently participated in a bipartisan Congressional Listening Session hosted by Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson in Harrisburg during the Pennsylvania Farm Show. Thompson (R-15) is the chairman of the House Agriculture Committee.
Today, Congressman Dan Meuser (R-Dallas) was selected by his colleagues to serve on the House Financial Services Committee.
