There are real concerns throughout our cities and communities about the violence in our streets. There has clearly been a failed social experiment on the part of the left that has resulted in high levels of crime. Democrats have defunded and discredited police forces across the country, as well as appointed and elected liberal prosecutors who aren’t prosecuting.

Under the past Trump Administration, there was no invasion of Ukraine, there was peace in the Middle East, and there was less tension between China and Taiwan. As well, the terrorist state of Iran was defunded because of the strict sanctions on their oil exports. But today, Biden’s weakness on the world stage has plunged the world into chaos.

Inflation has risen 18% since President Biden took office, largely caused by his Administration’s excessive spending. My constituents still have sticker shock every time they check out at the grocery store or fill up their gas tanks. We need pro-growth initiatives to get our country back on track, not the tax and spend agenda that the President will lay out tonight.
