In a statement to PennLive on Wednesday, Meuser accused Democrats of creating a “political spectacle” and failing to release the files under the Biden administration.
“Why? The only reason would be to prolong this spectacle and engage in a weak attempt to weaponize it for political gain against President Trump,” said Meuser. “It is despicable to engage in political opportunism on such a serious issue, particularly one involving sex trafficking.”

“These three community projects will strengthen public safety, expand access to healthcare, and support long-term economic revitalization across the county,” he says.

Most of the blame for the government shutdown, which began at midnight, lies with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer because he is "fighting for his political life" and refusing to work with Republicans on a short-term funding plan, Rep. Dan Meuser told Newsmax on Wednesday.
Democrats need to understand that forcing a government shutdown could result in the permanent loss of jobs for some federal employees, Rep. Dan Meuser, R-Pa., told Newsmax on Monday.

The congressman praised Kirk for his student outreach efforts, noting that he spent “years” traveling to college campuses to speak with young people despite opposition.
Meuser said Kirk “was taking people on, you know what, five years ago, six years ago, seven years ago. And he was going to the college campuses, he was being ridiculed, he was being protested, they didn’t want him there. Now he brings in 3,000 enthusiastic people. He’s taught them to think differently, to think outside of the echo chamber of what occurs … at some good schools.”
