WASHINGTON, D.C. — Yesterday, Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) participated in the House Small Business Committee’s 2nd Annual Small Business Showcase, held in the U.S. Capitol. The event brought together innovative small businesses from across the country and featured remarks from Republican leaders and Small Business Administrator Kelly Loeffler.

WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) announced the winners of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition. 

The first-place winner’s artwork will be displayed for one year in the United States Capitol alongside winning pieces from congressional districts across the country. The second-place entry will hang in Congressman Meuser’s Washington, D.C. office, where it will be seen by visitors from Pennsylvania’s 9th District. The third-place piece will be exhibited in the Congressman’s Pottsville District office.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, as part of National Police Week, the House of Representatives unanimously passed H.Res. 364, the Gold Shield Families Resolution, introduced by Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09). The bipartisan resolution recognizes the families of fallen first responders as “Gold Shield Families” and calls on local communities to support nonprofit organizations that provide them with comfort, connection, and healing as they face profound loss.

MYERSTOWN, PA – Today, Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) welcomed U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins to a family-owned dairy farm in Myerstown, Pennsylvania for a roundtable discussion with farmers and agricultural leaders from across the commonwealth. He was joined by Senator Dave McCormick (PA), Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson, Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee, and Congressman Rob Bresnahan (PA-08), who all participated in the discussion and tour.

Prove It Act

WASHINGTON D.C.– Today, Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) delivered remarks on the House Floor in favor of the SAVE Act.

Congressman Meuser said, Some states have systems in place that enable noncitizens to register. That’s unacceptable, and this bill will require states to establish a program to remove non-citizens from their voter rolls. A vote against the SAVE Act was a vote to allow noncitizens to vote—and a vote against the rights of American citizens."
